After attending Central Washington University for her BA in Elementary Education, Marjorie received her Masters in Education while working as a Kindergarten teacher in Camas.

We follow the school district schedule and run our classes from September to June.
Alumni Families - Alumni registration begins on January 13th. Families with children attending Best Beginnings will receive an Alumni PreK registration form attached to Kerry's January newsletter. Alumni registration will be accepted starting January 13th. You will be notified at the beginning of February with class confirmation. If you are a current PreK student and wish to register for our TK program, please ask your teacher for a registration form.
If you are an alumni family not currently enrolled in our program, our Alumni 3's registration is available to download below. You can turn in your registration form along with your $100 registration fee to the school office or by mail at anytime.
New Families - New families interested in Best Beginnings Preschool are invited to schedule a tour through our website. Please check our tour page for available days and times. Once you've scheduled a tour through our website, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text. https://bestbeginningspreschool.com/tours

Over the past 15 years, Kerry has volunteered her time in many Lake Washington School District programs. Kerry is the honored recipient of the PTSA Silver Hawk and Golden Acorn awards, both from Redmond Elementary. In her spare time, Kerry enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dog, baking and reading.

She spent time teaching in our 3's program before switching gears and moving into an administrative position. Patty now handles all of the financial work for the preschool. Patty was born and raised in Kirkland and after marrying moved to Snohomish in 1986. Patty and her husband have two grown children. She lives on a small farm with 6 cows, a dog and 2 cats. Patty spends time volunteering for the Snohomish Education Foundation where she is a member of the board.

Alumni Families
Alumni registration began on January 12th, and class placement emails were sent on January 29th. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email.
New Families
